Qualifications
Thai national with university degree in communication, marketing, social sciences or other related discipline, 5 years of relevant job experience at professional level, either in a similar position in the non profit sector or as a journalist in the media sector. Proven experience with fundraising/marketing principles, proven ability to write communications materials in Thai and preferably also in English.Affinity with new media and website development.Duties and responsibilities:Develop and execute the private sector fundraising strategy for UNHCR in Thailand;Ensure PSFR income targets are achieved in a cost effective manner and reports are presented to the Regional office;Manage the UNHCR website in English and Thai languages in order to inform and engage the public in Thailand, develop donor communication materials; First point of contact for the Thai language media in Thailand, organizes press trips and press conferences. Monthly net salary approximately Baht 124,700.00 plus other benefits and allowances.
