Production Manager

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Assisting the Factory Manager in organizing and controlling day-to-day production operations from requisition of materials to transfer of finished goods to enable manufacture of consistent product quality in a timely and cost effective manner. Supervising the Line Leader and Operator in line controlling and monitoring people and line performance. Achieving production targets by implementing production and quality management systems consistent with the established standards on food safety, environmental regulations and occupational plant safety practices. Implementing continuous improvement activities at the plant Generate routine report and summarize problem and solution with regards to quality quantity, waste management and try to redo human error.
Qualifications
Male/Female, minimum age 32 years University graduate, preferably Food Scientist, Food Technologist or Minimum 5 years work experience, with a minimum 1 year in food manufacturing plant and 2 years as Production Supervisor. Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Good analytical skill. Demonstrated ability to handle and motivate people with low level of education. Demonstrated ability to train and develop people. Computer literate - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in food Sanitation, HACCP and GMP.
